Laura Guerrero (Stephanie Sigman) suffers a terrifying ordeal as she is thrust into the heart of the drug war in Mexico. Her innocent presence amongst terrible men who use her is entrancing to watch. Scenes that contrast beauty with violence and purity with corruption make for engrossing viewing as Director Gerardo Naranjo delivers them with long takes and fast paced action.
